Here at 180 Outdoors we are fully committed to Quality Deer Management! Our primary focus is getting bucks to the older age class. We are fortunate enough to have a very good State Wildlife and Parks Department. In Kansas you may only harvest one buck per year. This has allowed bucks across this entire state to reach the older age classes and produce record book racks. On our leases we have great buck to doe ratios and harvest very few deer every year. This has allowed those two and half year old 130 inch deer to grow into the 160-200" range. We do not have a trophy fee and do not charge you more money if you shoot a deer under 130". Rack size matters, but not as much as their age. We are looking for 4.5 year old deer and older. Our deer hunts start in September and run until January 10th.

You will need:
Kansas Hunting License
Kansas Deer Permit
Rifle, Bow, or Muzzle Loader

Kansas Dept. of Wildlife and Parks Website

At 180 Outdoors we offer many different styles of hunting. Hunts take place in tower stands, ladder stands, ground blinds, and natural blinds. Over the course of the season we offer Youth/Disabled Hunts, Muzzle Loader Hunts, Archery Hunts, Rifle Hunts, and Late Season Doe Hunts. We do a very intensive deer census through the use of trail cameras coupled with the implementation of feeders, food plots, mineral licks, and the agricultural fields and water holes that are already here. There is a very good opportunity you will be hunting a specific deer not just deer hunting.
